Terms of service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply when a business signs up for or uses Crescaler's WhatsApp Business Platform. By creating an account or using the service, the business agrees to them.
1. The service
Crescaler lets businesses connect their WhatsApp Business account and use a shared inbox, message templates, campaigns, chatbots, reminders, contacts and payment links. WhatsApp is provided by Meta; some features depend on Meta's approval and availability.
2. Accounts
- Give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must have the authority to connect the WhatsApp account and business you use with Crescaler.
3. Acceptable use
- Follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and applicable laws.
- Message only people who have agreed to receive messages from you, and respect opt-outs (STOP).
- No spam, misleading content, illegal products or services, or content that harms others.
- Don't misuse the service, try to break its security, or access other businesses' data.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or other businesses at risk.
4. Fees
- Crescaler fees: the price and billing terms agreed with Crescaler for your account, invoiced and collected by Crescaler.
- Meta charges: WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta directly to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account, not by Crescaler.
- Taxes (such as GST) apply as required. Prices may change with notice.
If payment is overdue, sending may be paused until it is settled. Incoming messages still arrive.
5. Your data
You own your data and your customers' data. You are responsible for having the right to use it. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control, including changes or outages at Meta. We may improve or change features over time.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Crescaler is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Ending the service
You can stop using Crescaler at any time and ask us to close your account (see Data deletion). We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms or non-payment.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
